Hiring for Head Business Development- Laboratory Facility (Lab Referrals)

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors in Biological Sciences
- MBA (Marketing)
- Candidates with prior experience in a Business Development in a Laboratory Facility is a must.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- MUST have a proven record of meeting targets.

Experience: Minimum 8 years in as a Business Development Manager and at least 4 years as Head of Lab Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates with prior working experience as a Business Development Manager in a Laboratory Facility and responsible for profit and loss of a single unit.
- Should have knowledge of supply chain of Lab business.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy underpinned by both revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Develop quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales forecasts / budgets.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Perform other job-related duties and training as requested by management.
