Reporting line: Medical Director (Functionally), VP-Operations (Administratively)
Requirement of Candidate:
 Suitable Candidate should have minimum 7 to 8 years of post M.S, independent and
hands on experience in renowned corporate hospital in private sector.
 Must be well versed with following sub specialities of orthopaedic:
a.) Accidental, Emergency and Trauma.
b.) Joint replacement surgeries.
c.) Elective Ortho surgeries.
d.) Corrective Ortho surgeries
e.) Spine surgeries.
Responsibilities:
 Regular IPD/OPD duties.
 Academic training to counterparts, junior doctors and paramedics.
 Managing the team training and capacity building training in the department.
 Administrative leadership as departmental unit head.
 Participating in international workshops in newer frontiers in orthopedics.
Salary and benefits:
 INR 5 Lakh /month Tax free (in hand) with monthly business target of KSH 8 Million.
 Business generated above KSH 8 Million will get incentive of INR 1 lakh for every
KSH 1 Million

 Car will be provided for official and personal use and fuel and maintenance will be
employee’s responsibility.
 Return air ticket to Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai/Kolkata- once in every year for yourself

 The work permit, worth INR 6 lakhs for the employee will be organized and paid by
the management.
 Entitlement of 21 days paid leave after completion of one year.
