Transport Fleet And Garage Manager-kenya

Job Description

Key Position Accountabilities:
to Coordinate Vehicle Fleet and to Ensure all Vehicles are Operational
Manage Staff Within the Transport Section.
Organise Vehicle Safety Stickers & Registration
Organise the Repair of Any Damage to Vehicles
Provide Monthly Fuel Usage Report to the Administrator
Provide Monthly Vehicle Maintenance Cost Report to the Administrator
Organise & Schedule Fleet Vehicle Maintenance
Conduct Random Inspections of Vehicles Within the Fleet
Provide Nightly Transport Tasks to Drivers
Make Sure are Vehicle are Covered in Insurance Policy and Policy Should Not Lapse
Any other Duties as Directed By the Management
essential:
Degree/diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
5 Years of Experience in Supervisory & Transport Operations
Ability to Make Decisions Under Pressure
Proficient in Computing – Microsoft Office Programme (word, Excel, Project Scheduler,
powerpoint) Internet, Email

Salary 6 Lac To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
Industry Engineering / Technical / R&D
Work Experience 5 - 7 Years
Qualification Diploma, B.Tech/B.E
